November Classroom News

Hello my fellow stampers!

We have some great classes coming for November:

Friday, November 11th
Lots of Sunflowers with Carole
Always bright and cheerful, sunflowers can make a card for any occasion.  Contrast the bright yellows with some black and white polka dots, add a few die-cuts and a little ribbon, and the cards all look spectacular.

Saturday, November 12th
Fall Mini Book with Dana
FALL in love with this simple book construction using cardstock and bamboo skewers. Using the piano hinge technique, we will construct this mini book with Prima's new collection called Alla Prima. Lots of embellishments and spots for your favorite photos
Saturday, November 19th
Fran-tage It! with Jenn
Join me Jennifer Dove for an opportunity to experience the fantastic style, images and techniques that make up the Fran•táge look from Stampendous. This combination of collage, montage, vintage, and Stampendous owner Fran Seiford’s unique flair creates a style that will surprise and delight you with its simplicity and sophistication. You’ll learn to use Aged Embossing Enamels, Vintage Crushed Glass Glitters, mica fragments and other products in the Fran•táge line along with new Stampendous images to create aged, worn, and fabulous works of art. Fran’s Encrusted Jewel Technique will leave you breathless, and you’ll be wowed by how easy it is to make these remarkable pieces.
We will be embossing and "frantage-ing" many images and making a card out of one of the images you choose. Bring - basic card making tools (adhesive, cutter, tweezers, etc.) Bring your HEAT GUN!

Saturday, November 19th
Wintery Fun with Kelly
Come join me in making 5 SUPER ADORABLE Christmas and winter themed cards using the ever so popular Pure Innocence images from My Favorite Things. These precious little girl images will warm everyone's heart this holiday season. We will be using Copic markers and a great technique with colored pencils to bring these images to life. Use of class markers and pencils included in price. Hope to see you there!

Saturday, November 26th
Symbols of the Southwest with Carole
These cards are made with some beautiful rubber stamp images by one of Arizona's own companies, Copper Leaf Creations.  A coyote, a chili pepper, a beautiful scene of the mountains and desert, and of course, lots of cactus.
Happy Stamping,
